I’ve had the opportunity to work in 17 countries and to serve as an Executive Leadership Coach to a wide variety of leaders all over the world. My how is to make sense. What that means is that I am good at solving problems and making sense of complex and challenging situations. I can take in lots of data and information and make it understandable and useful. This is in the spirit of helping leaders do this and move forward. My what helps you get to a clear solution – everything has to be crystal clear. I want to help you reach a place of clarity and understanding before decisions are made and leaders can move forward with a clear plan of action.

Coaching Engagement Structure

How the Coaching Works
Each coaching engagement is unique and can be customized. Engagement is generally are a 3, 6 or 9 - month packages, meeting bi-weekly via Zoom or Teams. We will have an initial conversation about your ultimate goal and it what might look like and give you. I’ll want to begin with an on-line Assessment like the Gallup StrtengthsFinder or Why Institute’s Assessment. Either of these will provide us both with considerable information about you, your motivation and unique talents.
